Matthew’s practice is primarily focused on land use and real estate matters. He represents clients seeking zoning approval for their projects, including presenting plans to local community groups and to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Matthew works with each client and their development team to ensure their goals are met and their project comes to fruition. Additionally, Matthew handles a variety of matters including property tax assessment appeals, business licensing, real estate sales, and foreclosures. He regularly appears before boards and agencies while representing clients. Matthew also handles civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, adverse possession, appeals of agency decisions and related real estate related disputes.
Matthew attended law school at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he participated in the Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court competition.
