Isaac F. Slepner
Mr. Slepner’s practice focuses in the areas of zoning, land use, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation. He brings in-depth knowledge of the Philadelphia Zoning and Building Codes, as well as on-the-ground familiarity with Philadelphia zoning, permitting, and city agency procedures. He represents developers seeking zoning variances; numerous restaurants, bars and nightlife establishments in seeking permits and zoning approvals; and corporations and individuals in litigation, mediation, property tax appeals, and administrative appeals. As a 3rd-generation Philadelphian, he has a life-long connection allowing him to leverage his extensive network to obtain the best results for his clients.
Prior to joining Mattioni, Ltd., Mr. Slepner managed his solo practice in Fishtown and Port Richmond. During that time, Isaac sat on the board of Fishtown Neighbors Association (FNA) and on FNA’s Zoning Committee. That role granted him unique perspective and experience in the Philadelphia zoning process.
In addition to service on community boards, he is a certified arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Center, hearing cases that are diverted from the traditional trial court.
