Phillip A. McFillin, Of Counsel to the firm, received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, with distinctions and awards in Insurance Law, Wills and Trusts, Land Transactions and Research & Writing. Mr. McFillin received a B.A. from Temple University, concentrating in the areas of Finance and Real Estate, where he graduated summa cum laude and received the Real Estate and President’s Scholar awards. He also received an MBA, graduating magna cum laude, from Temple University.

Mr. McFillin is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has been admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice in counseling businesses and real estate investors on corporate structure, finance, development and project management issues.
