Phil brings several years of experience both as an attorney and real estate investor and developer to the Firm. Phil has significant experience as an attorney handling numerous matters in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

He has significant experience in managing assets, assisting in increasing his clients’ portfolio by 400% from 2003 through 2006. Phil has also practiced before numerous zoning and other administrative boards with respect to real estate development matters.

Phil’s experience is a strong addition to the Firm’s growing commercial practice.
