MICHAEL MATTIONI
Michael’s practice is in the areas of business including corporate and
other business organizations, real estate, land use, taxation and estate
planning. He represents numerous businesses in such diverse fields as
catering, shopping center ownership and management, marine delivery and
supply, towage, beverage dispensing, real estate, insurance brokerage, retail
sales, courier services, equipment sales and manufacturing, sealants and
gaskets, trucking, land transportation, and
others. Michael oversees our business practice group,
coordinating with our representatives of diverse business clients. This
includes advice and counseling regarding shareholder and other ownership
agreements; and mergers, acquisitions and other business
combinations. In addition, he has developed a substantial practice in
the area of real estate (purchase and sale or disposition of property, leases
and development) and land use planning and development, appearing before
boards and commissions in applications for zoning and land use approvals in Michael is also involved in numerous community activities, serving as Solicitor for the Associazione Regionale Calabrese, as trustee for the Green Lane United Methodist Church and presently as Vice-Chair of the Old City District, a business improvement district organization charged with maintaining cleanliness and safety in the Old City section of Philadelphia. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Justinian Society. With his education in finance and business, and an advanced law degree in taxation, Michael serves the needs of small business owners and operators. He also provides assistance and support in the litigation of commercial and business disputes. |
