Joe’s practice is concentrated in general litigation, with emphasis in the prosecution and defense of personal injury and workers compensation claims and in labor and employment matters such as Title VII discrimination and wrongful termination claims, civil rights actions, and claims for ERISA benefits. He has broad experience in all phases of personal injury, workers compensation and employment law, including federal and state courts, administrative agencies, arbitrations, and other forms of alternative disputes resolution in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His litigation experience also includes a substantial component in commercial litigation primarily involving disputes among business owners and the sale of business assets.
