Jim has been practicing for more than ten (10) years, mostly as a partner at DeMarco and DeMarco, P.C. Jim has handled litigation matters in courts in the five county of Philadelphia region and beyond, concentrating on plaintiff’s litigation with a focus on personal injury matters.

He has been rated as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers by Philadelphia Magazine in 2005, 2006 and 2007 in the area of general litigation. He is an active member of the political and legal community having been a committee person, involved in local wards and a current member of many of the attorney organizations in Philadelphia.

Jim’s experience as a trial lawyer will enhance the Firm’s ability to effectively represent its clients.
