Faust’s practice is in the fields of admiralty and maritime law, business and commercial litigation. Mr. Mattioni oversees the firm’s maritime practice group. He also represents business interests in the Internet and health care industries. He is active in the firm’s business, commercial, real estate and corporate practice and works with the business group in providing business counseling and advice.

Mr. Mattioni has participated in numerous civic and political endeavors, served as a member of the State Board of Public Accounting, and was a teacher and lecturer in business and commercial law.

Also a former mariner, Mr. Mattioni was awarded his Chief Officer’s license in 1960, and served as a Deck Officer on various U. S. flag merchant vessels in worldwide trades. His shipboard experience has included general and bulk cargoes of all types.
