Ms. Tancredi=s practice focuses on real estate law. She works with Philadelphia City Council members, the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustments, the Philadelphia Historical Commission, the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Philadelphia City Planning Commission, the Streets Department and the Water Department to obtain approval for zoning, use, building and related permits for real estate developers. Ms. Tancredi appears regularly before the Board of Revision of Taxes for real estate tax exemption, abatement and market value appeals.

Ms. Tancredi is also accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate, or ALEED7 GA,@ which certifies her as having knowledge about Green Building requirements.

Ms. Tancredi began her career clerking for the Honorable Mary D. Colins in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tancredi was a successful solo practitioner. She has lectured on zoning and land use law, and has written articles about various real estate issues. Ms. Tancredi is active in numerous civic associations.
