DAWN M. TANCREDI E-mail dtancredi@mattioni.com St. Joseph’s University - 1996 Temple University Beasley School of Law – 2000 (Note/Comment Editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review) Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Dawn’s practice focuses on real estate and business law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tancredi was a law clerk to the Honorable Mary D. Colins in the Court of Common Pleas (2000-2002). She was also a successful solo practitioner with five years experience in managing her own practice. She handles real estate transactions, land use matters and acts as general corporate counsel to several closely held corporations. Dawn is active in numerous civic activities, and sits on the Board of the Lawyers’ Club of Philadelphia and the Board of the Law Alumni Association of St. Joseph’s University. She is also a member of the Planning Committee for Robins’ Nest’s Annual Charity Auction for Kids.
