Ms. Balsamo has focused her practice on real estate law, commercial litigation, and environmental matters. Her real estate work involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements of sale, asset purchase agreements, and leases. She also handles mortgage foreclosure proceedings and judgment collection. Her corporate work includes business formation, drafting corporate governance documents such as shareholders' and operating agreements, and general corporate counseling. Ms. Balsamo's environmental practice includes environmental permitting for redevelopment of Brownfields sites and general site research.

     Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Balsamo worked as an extern for the Philadelphia Water Department and in the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

     Ms. Balsamo is an active member of the Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court, the Justinian Society, and the Appalachian Mountain Club, where she participates in environmental conservation projects.
